Yoga for Spine Health and Well Being

Adults Classes:

Yoga practices to heal issues with spine, back and neck pain, and stress reduction, with focus on deep relaxation followed by meditation and pranayama.

Every Sunday 8:00 am – 9:15 am (Tulip After School; 133 E Fremont Ave, Sunnyvale)

Every Monday 11:30 am – 12:45 pm (Intersection of El Camino & Lawrence, Santa Clara) 

Every Monday 7:45 pm – 9:00 pm (Jazzercise: 458 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale)

Every Wednesday 7:45 pm – 9:00 pm (Jazzercise; 458 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale)

Every Thursday 10:00 am – 11:15 am (Intersection of El Camino & Lawrence, Santa Clara) 

Yoga for Core Strengthening (NEW)

Every Friday 5:45 pm – 7:00 pm (Intersection of El Camino & Lawrence, Santa Clara) 

This class focuses on asanas and techniques that help strengthen the core, build endurance, and provide a thorough workout along with pranayama and relaxation. (Note: This class is not for those with hypertension, heart disease, or severe body pain.)

Kids Classes: (ON HOLD)

Kids classes center around concentration as well as endurance. In this well-being yoga class, kids will learn poses (asanas), sun salutations, deep relaxation, eye exercises, pranayama and much more with fun!

Recommended ages 7 and up.
