Healing Back Pain with Yoga

Here at Yogamaze we offer a personalized experience including one on one health assessment, group classes, and personalized at home work. These three together have been shown to reduce back and neck pain when done under our instruction.


Start with counseling

Every condition is different and requires attention by a Yoga practitioner. Yoga is exhaustive and without proper guidance you could potentially hurt yourself.

Guided yoga practice

Begin with specific sequence of simple practices tailored to your condition and over period of time graduate into advanced ones

Plan home sessions

Practice regularly according to advised home sessions
