Giraffe Pose

1. Stand and breathe in, bring arms high above head.
2. Breath out, put hands on floor as far forward as possible, keep heels on floor, stretch the back.
3. Walk on all fours moving right hand with right leg and left hand with left leg for 2 minutes, breath freely.
4. Slowly come back to the standing position (mountain pose) and relax.

Benefits

Its stretches the back and the muscles at the back of the legs as well as strengthening the arms and legs.
